My internet is being so slow, my computer is being a bit slow, and I was stupid enough to leave my jumper in the school playground. Just hope it doesn’t rain tonight, or tomorrow morning. I hope Sandra did well in her Flute exam. And I hope people did well in their commerce exam today, especially the accel students.
Oh, and just as I’m writing this, hoping it doesn’t rain on my jumper (if it’s still out there…), it starts hailing and then has some heavy rain. Just my luck.
Time to do homework.
Edit: Congrats to Sandra for getting an A in her flute exam!! And, Piranavan, Happy Birthday!! (sorry it’s late).

Had a haircut today… I’m waiting for my hair to grow back to it’s scruffy state again. After finally having my haircut, I went off to towers to meet up with Ben, Simon and Lok. After stuffing down a large BigMac meal, we went off to watch Eagle Eye (the main reason for the get-together). The movie was pretty good. Managed to walk to the bus stop in time to catch my bus, keeping in mind I didn’t know when my bus was leaving. As I was walking down, I met Jennifer. Turns out she had watch Eagle Eye with her friends as well. What are the chances of that? I wonder if Kevin was there…
Anyways, that was basically my day. Got home, did some more work, played with my brother, got bored and did nothing. Like normal. I’m lazy… Happy Birthday to Aaron!!

Went to Karan’s place today to celebrate his birthday (which was about a month ago). Also there was Owen, Niro, Sid, Nicill (Karan, how is his name spelt?) and Sniva. There we played Halo 3 over Xbox Live, Guitar Hero 2(?), Gears of War, and Halo 3 multiplayer.

Ohk, I now offically start my Holiday blogging with this post. I hope I do remember to post about something (anything) every day of the hols.
I’ve got some Big things planned for the hols… not! I mean, playing around on the computer, doing a commerce assignment, designing my own WordPress theme, embarking on a little drawing project (details are confidential. Don’t ask. That goes for everyone.), playing with my brother on his new Xbox 360, playing games on the computer, chatting to friends, perhaps going out with some friends, missing my friends (especially you Jasmin)… nothing much. Oh, and a little little bit of sport, and heaps of piano practice.

since I last posted. 5 dayz I think…
It’s been an unusual week. Monday saw the beginning of swim school. Yr 8 went off first. Monday, we didn’t have Mrs Hanson for PD, so me bringing in the DVD was kinda pointless. At Band that morning, we did exersises to try and get our skillz better. Flute ensemble: since the yr 8s were taking the day off with swim school, and Yusung decided not to turn up, there was just Dinusha, Sandra and I, with Shirley staying for a little while to keep us company. We tried two of our new pieces. They need alot of work. =] Read more »

Posts. I can’t believe it’s taken me just over a year to make 100 posts. At this rate it’ll be 200 by October next year….
Anyway. Duke of Ed test walk on Thursday… 11/09/08… Need to finish packing. I should really get off the computer…
Did walking for sport today. It was fun. Mrs Hill is my walking teacher. I like Streets Cornetos….
Here is something for all you people suffering from ‘The Game’. I lost the Game.
From xkcd.com gotta love someone this smart.

On Saturday, Sandra, Dinusha, Deva, Kelvin and Jasmin came over to my house to film for our PD assignment. Now, Kalvin isn’t actually in our school (let alone grade), and Jasmin isn’t in our group (different class), and Jonathan Chan couldn’t make it to our filming session… but we’ll ignore that, shall we?
We filmed the video for our PD assignment at the little reserve near Greenhill Drive, by the lakes. It was raining, which kinda added to the mood, although you can’t see the rain, but you can tell it’s cloudy!! Through the day, Deva decided that I’m a good actor. How nice of him to say that of me. As part of the character I played, I had to get a bit of make up put on my face… I can say now that I think life is alot easier without putting make up on (and taking it off). Thanks to Sandy and Jazz for the make-up and make-up work (repsectively). Kalvin: great job looking ‘shifty’ (It was all Deva’s fault!) Thinking about that, Deva could be a director when he grows up…
Oh, and Deva, next time you go filming, please don’t forget to charge the camera.

Began with a music rehearsal on the first, but before that, lets go back to the weekend. On the Saturday, after piano and marking, my mum & dad, my brother, Andy and I went to visit some friends from church for lunch. It was a bbq lunch, and Mr Wilis was cooking. After playing a little bit of basketball with luke, we sat down and talked while we waited for the food. Soon the food was cooked. There were pork kebabs (marinated in coke?!), fried rice, lamb, salad and a few other things. After lunch (which involved alot of joking around), we went inside to play Star Wars Battlefront 2 on Luke’s PS2. Soon though, we had to leave…

Happy Birthday! She’ll be 14. Then on the 21st, it’s my birthday. Hap– wait, I don’t need to say that too myself yet

The last weekend before Yamaha fest, and I spent it practicing music and fixing a comp. It was also the weekend before one of my IST topic tests…
After school on Friday, most of the people from the concert band stayed back after school for the Concert band workshop. I was one of them (I’m in the concert band after all…). So we spend the afternoon in tutorials with tutours for our sections, obviously having fun while we’re doing it, teasing one another here and there. Pizza for dinner, and we started the regular pile of pizza boxes. The rubbish pile was already building up from the afternoon tea we had earlier. Rehearshal, where we got straight into… New Symphony…. ‘And the Earth Trembled’. Amazingly annoying music it is. Apparently the only reason Mark picked it was because it was different and that it would offer us a challenge. Oh, and he did mention something about no other bands would choose it (I wouldn’t blame them if they didn’t!!). What a fun night, too bad I missed out on Youth that night… Read more »
