Speckled Green

If I were to compare my ability to remember stuff to many of my friends, I believe the analogy would look something like this: while they say their memory is like a sieve, collecting only the parts that don’t fall through, mine is like a bucket with the bottom cut out =]

Yeah, well, I guess my memory isn’t that bad, as I do remember some things (albeit things that are little or no relevance to most things of importance) and I have managed to memorise at least half of my exam pieces (funny how I can easily remember most of the 1st page, and that’s where it starts becoming fuzzy…)

Among other things that are running through my head right now, one stands out clear: AH MAN!!!! This thought is currently linked to a few issues. The Yr 10′s in Concert Band have to bring 2 uniforms to and from school tomorrow, because of the band’s performance at Pulse. We aren’t allowed to walk around and buy food like we did last year (stupid school regulations…) so we have to bring something to eat. I haven’t finished my commerce assignment due for Friday (I’m starting to get worried). And I feel pretty stupid after receiving my English essay for the poetry unit we just completed back, realising that I had managed to write around 1000 words without really mentioning any techniques (stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid…………you get the  idea).

Moving on, I must make sure I pay more attention to stuffs in the futures. And I wish the ALP would hurry up and post their new constitution or whatever on their website. How am I meant to keep the assignment info up to date if I don’t get any of the new stuff?
