Speckled Green

Very sad. I’m playing the McDonald’s video game again. I’m up to the year 2038 at the moment. I’ve had so much beef being produced that my “fridges are full and meat is going off”, I’ve hired all the staff, I have a promotion running to bring in hordes of people, I have 1 soy field, 3 cow pastures, and the guy in the Board of Director’s room is continuously saying “The profit isn’t enough!!!” … can’t you guys be happy?! I’ve got $250,000 in the bank, and you only start off with $50,000!!! <–5:30pm

8:17pm, decided to take a break from my work. Continuing the game above, I’m now in the year 2060… THIS GAME IS MASSIVELY BORING. I’m gonna try and get to $1,000,000 in the game (massively slow because the game’s money system is so scaled down it’s not funny).

This reminds me of the time I played Oligarchy. Weird game that was. I but was massively successful with it, lasting till a long time into the future (I used a glitch to help last for SLIGHTLY longer). I suppose I just have a nack for hitting the spot in business games? Or is it just flukes? =]

Sometimes I just feel so tired of the tedious boredom of life… Why does life as a teenager have to seem to hard?

Anywhos, nothing much has been happening in life. I’ve been lazily trying and failing to do work. I need to finish my SRP and history assignment, but I can never seem to concentrate long enough to get anything done. And that One Nation link is useless… Read more »

I’d just like to put out this little piece of opinion about that matter at hand.

Sure, the auDA had their reasons for revoking Bottle Domains’ accreditation, but at least they could’ve given them warning! And this whole court case is becoming stupid. At this rate the price of .au domain names will double. In the last couple of years, auDA has lost all of the court cases it has faced, and had to pay up a fair amount for all of them. When will the auDA stop to think before they go out and do something? This whole case is nearing silly/stupid, and causing all the clients of Bottle Domains a lot of hassle. Read more »

Yeah, so, I haven’t posted (anything about life that is) in a while, even though it’s the holidays. So here goes.

On Tuesday 14th April, 2009, I went to the orthadontist. Yeah yeah, nothing special, except that after one and a half hours I got my braces. That was what… 2 and a bit days ago? Holidays so far have been unproductive, most because I don’t want to face the work infront of me… Miss seeing my friends, but happy that I get to sleep in (wait.. I haven’t been sleeping in…) and read books and stories…

School’s out!! Or so the Americans would say it. Yeah, so, Easter hols, time for relaxation, celebration of easter for christians, the jewish passover, and HARD STUDY FOR THOSE IN SCHOOL.

Most uni students get a week off for rest, study and stuff, while High School students in NSW get 2 weeks off on hols. YAY I should say. Why is it SOOO Hard to update a Nokia mobile? Took me ages to get my phone to finally update its OS/Firmware… Oh, wait, that’s because my computer’s drivers needed reinstalling… OH MY…

Anyways, over the last 12 hours, I’ve learnt the new wonders of Nokia’s Phone Update software… interesting actually, because the firmware version for my phone WAS 4.84, and then became 9.40… where’d versions 5 through 8 go? Funny that…

Anyways, now my phone has better support for videos. It can now actually PLAY MP4s… before it kinda screwed up the video when it tried. I wonder what else is new in it… too bad it kinda reset the whole phone, now I have to restore the backups…
