Speckled Green

The last 4 days have been the most annoying I have had in AGES! First my computer stuffs up, so I spend the rest of the week and the weekend trying to fix it (that was causing no end of trouble), and right after I fix the computer (There’s still alot of work to do, LIKE RE-INSTALLING ALL THE PROGRAMS! I HATE WINDOWS CLEAN INSTALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) the Internet keeps on dying on me! Like wasn’t having enough trouble as it is… But now, my exams at school are over, so I have more time to play around with the internet and fix-up loose ends on the computer…. although now the computer has more than loose ends…

Before I leave this though, I just want to make a comment on our recent voting in of the Labor Party to government. Australia, how can you be so ungreatful of the Liberal party, I don’t know. These people brought our country out of having virtually no money in the piggy bank, with debts, to one with a Trillion dollar budget! And with surplus! How can you do this to your economy?! And some of the view of the Labor Party (actually more than just some) I disagree with… although that would be expected. But, Labor party, are you against Christians or something? How can you say you’ve got the working family in mind, if your going to hand the workplace back to the Union? They’re all the trouble in the world! I just don’t understand the minds of my fellow Australians… lucky I’m not old enough to vote yet.

Well, today on the bus, I borrowed Ben’s DS for a while, and played tetris! I checked his high score, and noticed that he only got to level 9 (about 80-something lines) and I thought “hey, how’d you do that, I have trouble getting to lvl 8!” So, I gave it a go (I’m not THAT good at tetris.. he’s better) and yay for me, I got to line 99 BUT ON HIS DS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He called me a hacker (joking, of cause)….
Also, this afternoon, after I finally got home (the bus was slightly late, but then it kept stalling or something, and the driver had to keep on restarting it… annoying really, but calls for a longer bus ride!) Ben C*** (friend from church) was there (he’s doing work exp. at my dad’s place), and since I had downed 1.25 L of Coke-Zero before I got on the bus… I decided to play table tennis with him. Needless to say, I’m still a bit restless, even after half an hours of playing around…. I think I’m addicted to Coke-Zero. No, I’m sure I’m addicted to it, like I’m addicted to games. Then his mum came to pick him up. His sister (can’t remember how to spell her name, so don’t ask) was with her. I think she might like cooking, or prefer sprite over diet-coke or coke-zero…

Anyways, I’ve been thinking, don’t those things that talk about people’s personalities because of their star sign or birthmonth basically cover all the type of personality traits someone could have IN EACH PART? Anyways, I’m going to put mine here for the sake of it (hey, I’m bored at the moment).

I have finally found a chance to update my blog!
I just wanted to say: YAY!!! I got a B+ for my Piano 6th Grade (Full course) exam. Thats pretty good, considering I stuffed my scales… If it wern’t for my scales… I’d've got an A the examiner said. Oh well…. 2 years in a row, my scales and arppegios have pulled my grades down… I think I should work on them. That also reminds me that I have to STUDY (ohmygosh! what does that mean?!) so I have work to do…

I got an A for my 3rd grade Flute exam, even though I (in my opinion) stuffed up my pieces, well, on second thoughts, I didn’t stuff them too much…

Oh, but that means I owe Jas*** $2… I lost my bet, but HEY, an A is better than a C!

Now I’ve only got to hurriedly prepare for my Piano… hope my arpeggios don’t let me down again… and my GK.

Yay! So, after checking the date of my Piano exam again, and the science test, I found that the science test is actually this week (tomorrow! oh no!) but my piano is next week! Yay, a whole week after flute to get ready!

but now there’s my flute exam……
