Speckled Green

So, now there’s daylight savings… I didn’t even notice the difference, till I checked my iPod’s time… Then it all came back to me. Oh, well, at least I didn’t loose any sleep over it. I suppose slowly waking up earlier each day has its advantages, and not just so you can get some reading in before you get up.
But this Sunday marks the last practice with the piano accompanist before my Flute exam, and I’ve only had one other practice with her! Why my Flute teacher doesn’t accompany, I don’t know (he CAN play piano, in case you were going to say otherwise, he also teaches it). Anyways, 1 WEEK?!?!?!?! I’m so nervous, its just like doing my first music exam again… oh wait, this is my first Flute exam….
So, its on a Saturday, 3rd November. I got to my piano teacher’s place for a practice, then I go home, with enough time to put in some quick practice. Then, its off to the city…. again. You know, I’m starting to get VERY bored of the Sydney Conservatory of Music…. I’ve been there for all my previous Piano exams… at least this year my Piano exam is at my teachers… aww man, that reminds me, I’ve got a science test ON THE SAME DAY AS MY PIANO!?!?!!!!!!!!!!! Now I really don’t like that Friday…. November 9th, 2007 will go in my calender and memory as the most annoying, boring and drawn out day for a Piano exam for me. The only one that comes close is my 5th grade last year… 3 whole hours of waiting after my brother’s…… sofar the 3 most boring hours in my life. I, Think…
And I’ve missed out on 2 Soul Purpose meetings sofar… and last week was a ‘Live’ event… and I also miss out this week… oh well.
